Are you building a new home or making changes to your property?

In addition to new home building, any modifications made to the exterior of a property, structural or landscaping, need to be approved in writing by the ADRC before proceeding. This includes landscaping changes, sports equipment, exterior paint color changes, etc.

How to use the ADRC process:

Requirements for your Plan Submittal: The ADRC Guidelines and submittal forms are easily accessible online. Click here to download the guidelines. If you are not sure if your project requires approval please contact Associa Sierra North at acservice@associasn.com or 775-626-7333 for assistance.

Complete the ADRC Submittal Form: As well as your plans and two checks; one for the fee and one for the deposit (both payable to ArrowCreek HOA). The fee and deposit required are dependent on the cost of your project. The form (and the ADRC Guidelines) lists each category for your reference.  The deposit will be returned upon completion of your project.

Submit for Review:  The ADRC meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.  The deadline to submit plans is 4:00 PM on the 1st Wednesday of each month. Plans should be submitted in both electronic format and by hard copy.  The electronic version can be sent via email to acservice@associasn.com or submitted on a thumb-drive.

Next Steps: The ADRC will review your plan and provide you an approval letter.  Once you receive your approval you can begin.  New homes have 24 months to complete.  All other projects have 6 months to complete.  Upon completion contact Associa Sierra North in writing via email or mail for a final inspection.  Once the final inspection is signed off, your deposit will be returned to you.
